VNL is pleased to announce its participation at the 3rd World Congress on Disaster Management, Visakhapatnam, from 6th to 10th November, 2017.
Come and meet us at 3rd World Congress on Disaster Management, from 6th to 10th November. We will be in attendance to talk about our recently launched solution, ResQMobil, for emergency communication, search and rescue operations at disaster-hit areas. In addition to this, we will be displaying other products from our disaster management portfolio at the exhibition.
The theme of the event – disaster management, continues to remain a challenge for first responders and public agencies with the increasing frequency and intensity of natural disasters at an alarming rate. Network blackout is common during all natural and manmade disasters. In the immediate hours followed by a disaster event, respondents and civilians need a dedicated communication system to be set up and deployed to minimise impact and maximise chances to save lives and property. VNL’s ResQMobil is best suited for this job.
It is an integrated solution that can be made operational in less than an hour, providing voice, video and data connectivity instantly. If you want to see or hear more of our disaster management portfolio, we will also be presenting papers in thematic session 13: Innovations for Disaster Management, and thematic session 20: Disaster Response, on 7th and 8th Nov. This will be another highlight worth looking out for at the event.
ResQMobil, a first-of-its-kind solution, has been designed keeping in mind the needs of disaster management agencies such as India’s National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) and National Disaster Relief Force (NDRF), their state counterparts, and similar agencies across the world. It is an Integrated and portable solution that aids emergency response by providing an independent communication network to first responders, supports search and rescue operations by providing mobile location of trapped, buried or missing victims.
ResQMobil has already garnered lot of eyeballs worldwide, since its recent launch. To read the media coverage, click here.
